YOUR ROLE
Youwill be providing various loan services and administrative support to the team,including the following:
· Provide excellent customer service via inbound call
· Process applications
· Process daily email interactions
· Resolve complaints and disputes
· Administrative work
· Process loan settlement
· Manage existing loan portfolio
PRE-REQUISITES
· PRor Australian Citizen
· Excellent in English speaking and writing
· Ability to work without supervision
· Attention to detail
· General computer skills
· Fast learner
· Bachelor degree or above (preferred)
· Previous customer service and admin related workingexperience (preferred)
