Office assistant is responsible for the following:
Processing of Purchase Orders, invoicing

Documents scanning and filing
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Fast keyboard skills--Important
Experience on ERP system will be an advantage however ongoing job training

Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to learn products knowledge quickly
Effective oral and written communication skills both Chinese and English
