Senior Property Manager.

• Taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations.
  
  
• Support the daily property management
  
  
• Routine open inspection including ingoing and outgoing reports
  
  
• Process new tenant applications, manage tenant selection, ongoing maintenance and arrears
  
  
• Rental increases and lease renewals
  
  
• Following clients and providing feedback to owners
  
  
• Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly
  
  
• Advertising rental properties
  
  
• Tribunal attendance when required
  
  
• Participate in team training and development
  
  

• Certificate of registration in real estate or real estate licensed holder.
  
  
• At least three-year experience in property management is required
  
  
• The thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
  
  
• Have unrestricted Australian working rights
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  
  
• Driver’s license and own car
  
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects
  
  
• Strong relationship-building skills, including negotiable skills
  
  
• Passionate in the real estate industry, a self-motived, pro-active individual is ideally
  
  
• Available working 6 days per week
