YOURROLE
· Provide lending support (inbound only, no cold calls)
· Assist with full application process
· Customer service
· Able to handle complaint and dispute
· Ability to liaise between interested parties
· Complete basic fraud and credit compliance procedures
· Complete basic credit and risk assessments
· Ability to achieve performance indicator provided
PRE-REQUISITES
· PR or Australian Citizen
· Diploma or higher education, preferably Business related
· Committed for minimum 2 years
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Must have 1 year customer service experience
· Finance related work experience (preferred)
(Senior position available for experienced candidate)

诚聘大客户经理（酒业）
工作内容
按时按量完成大客户销售指标
持续地进行大客户开发（酒店、事业单位团购、会所及其他具有餐饮服务的大型营业场所）任务，完成季度指标
针对各地区经销商客户和零售客户的促销方案制定，费用申请和市场核查等
做好月度及季度的销售计划，配合市场部做好品牌推广
良好的职业发展方向，表现优异者可晋升为大区经理，可任职中澳两地
求职者需具备
大专以上学历，至少3年及以上大客户管理经验，有快速消费品行业经验者优先
熟悉中澳两地任一地区当地高端酒水、饮品市场，有会所、房产金融等行业经验者优先
有直接对接省份大客户（当地KA、高端酒店、事业单位、会所或者CVS）的工作经验以及可开发的渠道资源，
能够独立完成市场分析并设计大客户促销方、监督及执行管理
